The $25 fee provides access to the selected carrier's available contact information. This is a one-time access fee — it is not a payment for transportation.
After unlocking the contact information, you communicate directly with the carrier to discuss pricing, scheduling, transportation requirements, insurance and other terms.

What happens after you unlock contact info
Once you unlock a carrier's available contact information, CarrierMatch's role is complete for that transaction. You reach out to the carrier directly, and the two of you agree independently on transportation price, pickup time, delivery, insurance, loading and unloading, and any other terms. CarrierMatch is not the transportation provider and is not a party to that agreement.
